Day-1 Access Checklist

Use this checklist to ensure you have all the access you need on your first day/week.

Core Access

• AWS Identity Center (SSO) — Access to customer AWS accounts via the Rhapsody SSO portal (ask Lee or your team lead for the portal URL)
• GitHub — Added to the rhapsody-health / raas organisation with access to all raas-* repos
• Jira — Access to the OPS project at https://rhapsodyjira.atlassian.net
• Confluence — Access to COE, TRIB, LS, RHAP spaces at https://rhapsodywiki.atlassian.net

Monitoring & Alerting

• Coralogix — Account created, can access dashboards
• PagerDuty — Added to the on-call schedule, mobile app installed
• Certificate Dashboard — Can log in at the cert monitoring dashboard URL

Deployment Tools

• Ansible Tower — Account created, can view job templates
• GitHub Actions — Can trigger workflows on raas-azure-terraform-v2 and raas-deploy-raas

UK / HSCN Specific

• AWS Workspace — UK Workspace provisioned for HSCN access
• Redcentric Portal — Credentials for the HSCN VPN management portal

Local Development

• VS Code — Installed with GitHub Copilot extension
• Terraform — CLI installed (terraform -version)
• AWS CLI v2 — Installed and configured with SSO profiles
• Python 3.11+ — For Ansible, scripts, and tooling
• WSL2 (Windows) — Ubuntu installed for local development
