Note: Access is enabled via Rhapsody ENTRA ID (SAML) Single Sign On.
User Onboarding
- Submit a Rhapsody
IT SUPPORT TICKETforUPWINDaccess. This is a critical step in order to enable SAML SSO.
For insight, IT will provision the appropriate Azure AD Group members for the UPWIND Group role_UpwindSecurity. Example Below:
- UPWIND Console Invite:
Once IT has completed the initial ticket for the AZURE AD (step 1 above), next an ADMIN user of UPWIND will send an invite to the new user.
