Organisation Overview

RaaS uses AWS Organizations with separate accounts per customer. The management account (640815619001) hosts shared services.

Account Naming Convention

All customer accounts follow the pattern {product}-customer-{alias} where:

• product is raas or envoy
• alias is a short customer code (e.g. westherts, christie)
